Domestic Shipping Policy

Order processing time & delivery estimates

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Orders ship from our CA or NJ warehouses; 98% of the orders will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.

Shipping rates

Free freight shipping of floor scrubber machines and walk-behind floor sweepers within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US will have additional shipping charges applied.

Buyers may need to pay for the ground shipping cost of spare parts.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive the Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping damages

• Inspect Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before accepting the delivery. If there is noticeable damage to the package, they should consider refusing the delivery.

• Document Damage: If damage is noticed after accepting the delivery, please take photos of the damaged package and product as evidence. This documentation will be useful when filing a claim.

• Contact Customer Service: Customers should reach out to SUNMAX customer service as soon as possible to report the damage. 

• Provide Information: Customers may be asked to provide details about the damage, including photos, description of the damage, and order information.

• Return or Exchange: Depending on our policy, customers may be offered options for a replacement, exchange, or refund for the damaged product.

• Keep Packaging: we may require customers to retain the original packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier or for return purposes.

• Resolution: we will work with the customer to find a suitable resolution, which may include sending a replacement, initiating a refund, or providing store credit.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
